As part of our commitment to complete DPF maintenance solutions, we’ve designed and manufactured a dedicated range of DPF dryers engineered to integrate seamlessly with our DPF cleaning machines. Built to the same industrial standards as our core systems, these dryers are precision-fabricated for performance and durability, allowing operators to dry one DPF while simultaneously cleaning another. This dual-function capability is the result of careful design and in-house engineering, aimed at maximizing workflow efficiency and minimizing downtime in high-demand workshop and fleet environments.
This DPF Dryer connects inline and generates heat for drying DPF’s. To be used alongside our DCS-17 DPF Cleaning Machine. You can use the internal blower motor of the DCS-17 to blow heated air through the DPF to dry it off after cleaning.
Increases efficiency, drying the DPF’s much faster. The DPF can be fitted back on the vehicle with less down time.

Stand alone DPF Dryer for Euro 6 Truck, Cartridge Filters. Dries DPF ‘s at 100°C. Comes equipped with an auto timer so you can set the time for the DPF drying which allows you to set & forget. Intelligently designed with a DPF lifting stand to raise the DPF to the correct height for the hot air outlet at the top of the machine.
